Job summary

Subang Jaya Medical Centre is seeking a Pharmacist to manage drug use and distribution within the hospital, ensuring safe usage and timely delivery to patients.

You will review medication orders, reconcile and dispense medications, and provide counseling to patients. You will also supply drug information to medical staff and ensure pharmaceutical care aligns with SOPs, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
• Must be registered with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Possess Poison Type A License to deal generally with Controlled Medicines.
• Experienced in hospital-based Pharmacy is an advantage.
• A team-player with strong leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
