Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in facility management or pharmaceutical equipment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of facility troubleshooting, utilities, and maintenance practices.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literacy; GMP and ISO knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours to support breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize daily facility activities and equipment schedules.
• Support operation of facility utilities and electrical power systems.
• Monitor performance and maintain effectiveness of facility activities.
• Coordinate facility-related work with internal teams and service providers.
• Perform troubleshooting, breakdown response, and maintenance activities.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and timely completion.
• Review facility performance to improve efficiency, safety, and cost.
• Ensure calibration and verification records are complete and up to date.
