Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field. \* Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably as a Personal Banker. \* Strong understanding of retail banking products and services (e.g., deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, insurance). \* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. \* Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset. \* Ability to analyze customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong ethical conduct and commitment to compliance with banking regulations. \* Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
