Job summary

The successful candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of sales exposure in banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience for banking products.
• Strong sales and marketing acumen and ability to cross-sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets for lending, wealth, bancassurance and related products.
• Execute sales plans and strategy to meet assigned targets.
• Screen customers and applications to prevent fraud and losses.
• Process and submit loan applications to Consumer Credit Department.
• Follow up with CCD for approvals and disbursements.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
