Job summary

A leading financial institution in Malaysia is looking for a professional to actively market and sell a variety of core consumer financial products. The ideal candidate will promote and advise on wealth, loans, and bancassurance products to branch customers. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and planning sales activities. Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of one year experience in a branch environment. Strong interpersonal and marketing skills are required.

Actively market and sell all core consumer products, primarily to branch walk‑in customers, execute a consultative selling process, which involves identifying and recommending CIMB products to meet customers' financial needs

Job Responsibilities:
  • To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.
  • To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
  • To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.
  • To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
  • To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be added advantage.
  • Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
  • Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & Banca licenses will have an added advantage.
