Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Applied Chemistry, Oleo Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field, with CGPA above 3.50.
• Strong project management and ability to work under pressure with urgency.
• Experience with personal care formulations and raw materials.
• Strong analytical skills and root-cause analysis; able to run DOEs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development including formulation development and safety clearance.
• Design and execute experiments; perform stability and sensory testing.
• Plan and manage projects with cross-functional teams including marketing.
• Investigate product complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and technical benchmarking.
• Maintain documentation of formulations and regulatory filings.
