We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide high-trust, end-to-end support to a highly entrepreneurial and fast-moving C‑Suite Executive. This is not a conventional administrative role. It is suited to someone who anticipates needs, adapts quickly as priorities evolve, and takes pride in creating thoughtful, memorable experiences for every stakeholder. Your mission: create order around a demanding executive agenda, protect the C‑Suite Executive's time and reputation, and ensure that every commitment and interaction is delivered with precision, warmth and impact.
Own and manage a complex, fluid calendar across business and personal commitments
Continuously reprioritise appointments, meetings and deliverables as business needs and opportunities evolve
Prepare the C‑Suite Executive with concise briefs, profiles, objectives, talking points and relevant background before each engagement
Track decisions, commitments and follow-up actions, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and deadlines are met
Act as a trusted gatekeeper while maintaining responsiveness, professionalism and strong stakeholder relationships
Plan and execute highly personalised hosting experiences for business partners, guests, the C‑Suite Executive's network and members of the public
Curate thoughtful details such as personalised welcome pages, menu cards, guest preferences, seating, gifts and memorable touches appropriate to each occasion
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate venues, food and beverage, transport, protocol and on-site service to an exceptional standard
Maintain accurate stakeholder profiles, including preferences, previous interactions and culturally appropriate courtesies
Coordinate across internal teams and external parties to turn the C‑Suite Executive's ideas into clear actions, owners and timelines
Provide discreet and dependable support for the C‑Suite Executive’s personal matters and family-related needs, including travel, important occasions and day‑to‑day logistics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience supporting founder, chairman, entrepreneur, C‑suite Executive or high-net-worth principal in a demanding environment
Strong background in executive assistance, premium hospitality, events, guest relations, protocol or stakeholder management
Exceptional calendar, travel, meeting and event coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Confident with Microsoft 365, digital calendars, presentation materials and modern productivity tools
Able to work beyond standard office hours when business or critical engagements require it, with appropriate coordination and flexibility

Composed under pressure: you remain calm, tactful and solutions-focused amid rapid changes
Impeccably organised: you balance speed with accuracy and maintain dependable systems
