Responsibility
  • Provide full-spectrum administrative and personal support to the Director / Management
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and reminders efficiently
  • Provide transportation support for the Director as required
  • Willing to travel with the Director for business purposes when needed
  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, records, and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders professionally
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and time-sensitive matters as assigned
  • Support meetings, events, and operational activities when required
