Aromas Beauty is hiring for a customer-facing role at our Subang Jaya pop-up store. You will greet customers, suggest perfumes that match their character, and manage daily stock and sales records. The position requires a proactive, extroverted team player who can learn in a fun environment.

Join us to deliver excellent service, maintain appealing displays, and participate in daily stock counts while working full-time or on a contract-based basis.

Formación

• Customer service experience or aptitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to replenish stock and manage shelf layout
• Knowledge of basic visual merchandising principles

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers at the pop-up store and suggest suitable perfumes based on preferences
• Replenish products on shelves and participate in stock counts
• Maintain clean, well-organised store and displays

Job Description

Greet and welcome customer to our pop up store

Explain and suggest suitable perfume to the customer based on its character

Stock arrangement, daily stock take and record daily sales transaction

Assist in customer service activities

Responsibilities

Follow the company guideline and operational standard

Replenish products on shelf and participate in stock count

Maintain good housekeeping conditions in the store

Maintain well-presented visual merchandise and displays

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers

Requirements

Punctual with event time

Possess own transport is a plus point.

Have extrovert personality to communicate with customer

Willing to learn with fun environment

Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia

One days off day per week.
