Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a performance testing specialist to design and execute scalable test scenarios. You will develop and maintain virtual user scripts, validate data, and monitor systems to ensure SLA compliance.

The role emphasizes analyzing results, identifying bottlenecks and conducting root-cause analyses with cross-functional teams within a banking/financial services context.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance testing across financial services is highly preferred.
• Ability to design and validate performance test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain virtual user scripts and test data.

• Performance Testing / Non-Functional Testing
• Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance & Volume Testing
• NFR Analysis & Workload Modelling
• Virtual User Scripting
• Correlation & Parameterization
• API Performance Testing – REST/SOAP
• Performance Monitoring & KPI Analysis
• Performance Test Reporting & SLA Validation
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace or PerfMon
• Banking / Financial Services experience is highly preferred

What You'll Do

Design and execute performance test scenarios
