Job summary

Asia Recruit is engaged to recruit a Performance Tester for a leading Malaysian financial institution to ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise-level systems used in large-scale operations.

You will design, execute, and analyze load and stress tests using JMeter and LoadRunner, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to performance optimization across apps and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in performance testing within enterprise environments.
• Proficient in JMeter and LoadRunner (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional technical teams.
• Open to Malaysian candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.

3–5 years of experience in performance testing within enterprise environments.

Proficient in JMeter and LoadRunner (mandatory).

Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional technical teams.
