Job summary

Pride Global in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Performance Tester to validate performance, stability, and scalability during data centre migration, DR, and production readiness. The role requires hands-on testing using LoadRunner or JMeter, 6-9 years in performance/regression testing, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive improvements and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in performance and/or regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent testing tools.
• Knowledge of application performance testing, system monitoring, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and regression test plans.
• Create test scenarios and scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
• Measure and compare system performance before and after migration to identify bottlenecks.
• Perform end-to-end regression testing to ensure no functional degradation across migration phases.
