Job summary

Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a data analytics professional to turn performance data into actionable insights. You will oversee Sales Power BI reports, identify gaps, and help senior teams improve efficiency and customer value.

You will partner with commercial and operations teams to design metrics, maintain data models, and ensure data quality. A strong passion for analytics and storytelling with data is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance monitoring and delivering actionable plans.
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting needs.
• Familiarity with Power BI data models.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps via performance monitoring and drive actionable plans for value and efficiency.
• Improve outlet productivity through performance reviews and tracking.
• Define new data dimensions and lead indicators to support analytics.
• Custodian of Sales Power BI data models to ensure data fit for insights.

What are you accountable for?

• Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead toward actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operational efficiency improvement


• Drive improvements on outlet productivity through effective performance review / tracking


• Identify new data dimension and strategic lead indicators requirement based on new and evolving business requirements, and evaluate the best application of such information for analytics and reporting needs


• Custodian on Sales Power BI data models , ensuring that the use and application of the data within the key Sales Power BI data models fit the business needs and application to ensure consistent data analysis and insights.
