Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced PMO professional to manage end-to-end project delivery for strategic business initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution aligned with growth goals in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, forecast outcomes, and present clear insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• E-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups experience advantageous.
• Experience in consulting, private equity, or investment welcome.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects.
• Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Self-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach to execution.
