Job summary

Experian is seeking a People Technology Analyst to support HR systems and enhance the employee experience. You will maintain knowledge of the HR technology landscape and deliver daily support, troubleshooting and improvements within a global team across regions.

Key responsibilities include system maintenance, updates and collaboration with HR, Finance and HRIT to deliver enhancements. Documentation, testing and deployment activities are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 0+ years in HR technology or related field.
• Exposure to system implementations, integrations or change initiatives.
• Familiar with Agile, Lean Six Sigma or design thinking.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience supporting global or multi-country environments.
• Interest in HR systems and process improvement.
• Familiarity with HR processes including talent acquisition and payroll.
• Clear documentation and process-writing skills.

Our global People Technology & Analytics team is looking for a People Technology Analyst to support our HR systems and employee experience.

What You\'ll Do

You will maintain a broad understanding of our HR technology landscape and provide daily support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. Working within a global team across multiple regions, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and HRIT team members to deliver system enhancements in consideration of our priorities.
