Job summary

Roche Malaysia invites you to join its People Support Team as a People Support Specialist. You will be the first contact for P&C inquiries, handling HR processes such as onboarding, movement, and compensation, while upholding service standards.

You will work with a regional team to deliver consistent, data-driven HR services, use Workday and Google tools, and stay updated on changes to policies. Fresh graduates welcome; English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or HR-related role.
• Experience with Workday HR processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR policy guidance and support across recruiting, onboarding, and employee changes.
• Deliver service via chat, ticketing, phone in a consistent manner.
• Maintain HR data and perform administrative activities supporting HR processes.
• Assist with inquiries, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Support regional teams and ensure data privacy and compliance.
