Job summary

Air Products Malaysia is seeking a Field Fleet Operations Supervisor based in Pengerang, Johor. You will monitor fleet performance, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a diploma or degree and at least five years of similar experience. You should be hands-on, proficient in MS Office, and capable of field work and reporting to support continuous improvements in logistics operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, repairs and defect resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery operations, accident/breakdown management, and customer complaint resolution.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews, audits, KPI tracking and SLA compliance monitoring, including penalty administration where applicable.
• Oversee fleet availability, fuel efficiency, trip documentation, billing accuracy, permits and regulatory compliance.
• Support driver management initiatives, including training, safety programs, working-hours compliance and performance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to EH&S standards, BSP requirements, company policies and customer procedures.
• Participate in customer meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive logistics improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder
• Five years similar working experience preferred.
• Computer literate – Good with Microsoft office , writing reports
• Hands-on , able to work on the field
