Job summary

Air Products Malaysia Sdn is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet performance, maintenance, and regulatory compliance in Johor. The role involves coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and effective incident management, while driving cost control and safety initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead driver safety programs, enforce EH&S standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in logistics operations across fieldwork activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree Holder.
• Five years similar working experience preferred.
• Computer literate – Good with Microsoft office, writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, repairs and defects to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accident/breakdown management, and customer complaint resolution.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews, audits, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance monitoring.
