Job summary

Bitdefender is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Consultant focused on Penetration Testing to join our Offensive Security team. You will perform web, mobile, and network testing, review code, and conduct social engineering exercises to enhance client security postures.

The role requires a diploma or degree in CS or InfoSec, at least 1 year of relevant experience, knowledge of security controls, and willingness to travel overseas. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in penetration testing or vulnerability assessments.
• Knowledge of security controls, penetration testing, networks and operating systems.
• Cybersecurity certifications: OSCP or CREST CRT minimum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel overseas on projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Flexible approach to delivery, including extended hours.
