Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is assisting a client in expanding their Offensive Security team. We are seeking a Lead Penetration Tester who will combine hands-on security expertise with technical leadership.

You will oversee multiple engagements, mentor consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery across networks, apps, AD, and cloud. The role requires 8+ years in information security, 5+ years of hands-on testing, and 2+ years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Information Security experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Penetration Testing.
• Minimum 2 years leading a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple penetration testing engagements and mentor consultants.
• Review assessments to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Contribute to improving penetration testing methodologies and playbooks.
• Lead technical direction and work with cutting-edge offensive security tools.
