Hytech is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join its cybersecurity team in Kuala Lumpur. You will conduct in-depth tests on applications, networks, and IT infrastructure, develop and execute test plans, and document findings.

With at least 2 years in penetration testing, you will use tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap, work with cloud security assessments, and communicate in English and Chinese to coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in penetration testing or similar cybersecurity role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, applications, and operating systems.
• Proficiency with Metasploit, Burp Suite and Nmap.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and security frameworks.
• Good command of English and Chinese for coordinating with counterparts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth penetration tests on applications, network systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and execute test plans, including vulnerability scanning and attack simulations.
• Identify and document security vulnerabilities with remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity team to simulate realistic attack scenarios.
• Stay current on threats and techniques to improve testing strategies.
• Assist in developing security policies and best practices.
