AIA Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT leader to advance enterprise-wide digital transformation for Banca partnerships. The role involves shaping system architecture, driving end-to-end solution delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and at least 10 years in IT/digital roles with Agile experience. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership are essential for success.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT, digital transformation, or related roles with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in promoting EODB with technology and digital solutions for end-to-end Banca sales systems and processes.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery including gap analysis and solution recommendations aligned to business needs.
• UR writing: gather, analyze, document and manage business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure high usability and align with UI/UX concepts.
• Work with IT to finalize system architecture and development strategy.
• Project/program management to ensure on-time execution.
• Execute UAT to ensure quality delivery to end users.
• Prepare FAQs, conduct TTT sessions, and familiarize end users with delivered systems.
• Drive post-project adoption to improve KPIs and support Banca units with technology.
• Lead IT strategies aligned with goals, and develop technology roadmaps for growth and innovation.
• Act as main contact for external partners, vendors, and clients to ensure SLAs alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions into broader business processes.

• Assist in promoting overall EODB with technology and digital solution for Banca end to end sales systems and processes. This entails understanding interaction of processes and systems across AIA and Bank Partners
• Assist in driving and executing the end-to-end solution delivery which includes amongst other things –
• Gap identification and solution recommendation aligned to business needs and benefits (Strategy/consultant role). This usually involves either one or all of - conducting workshops, ghosting end users, interviews and use of traditional data analytics.
• UR writing (BA Role) - expertise in gathering, analyzing, documenting and managing business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with UI/UX team to ensure high usability. Knowledge of UI/UX concepts is required
• Work closely with IT to finalize System architecture and development strategy
• Project/program management to ensure execution on time
• Execute UAT to ensure quality delivery to end user
• Prepare FAQ and other documentation and conduct TTT sessions to familiarize end user with systems delivered
• Drive post project delivery adoption with the intent of improving specific KPI’s
• Assist in ensuring efficient and effective support to Banca and related units with all aspects of technology.
• Work with hands-on approach to ensure various business needs and related technology support are met and aligned with overall objective of meeting goals of Banca strategy.
• Lead and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, developing and implementing technology roadmaps to support business growth and innovation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external business partners, managing relationships with vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions into broader business processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience - Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or related roles. Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in digital technologies and tools. Knowledge in programming skills would be an added advantage.
