Job summary

You will perform component-level troubleshooting and rework (ICs, capacitors, resistors, connectors), use oscilloscopes, multimeters and logic analyzers for fault isolation, and interact with production and QA teams to improve product reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years hands-on PCBA debugging experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered for junior roles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failed PCBAs using test results, schematics, and debug tools to identify root causes.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and rework (ICs, capacitors, resistors, connectors).
• Use diagnostic equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc.) to perform fault isolation.
• Control and clear debug WIP to achieve set target.
• Work with production, test, and quality assurance teams to improve product reliability.
• Develops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA.
