You will maintain accurate transaction records, handle payment-related enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while ensuring documentation and follow-up are up to date. A language allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write for the required language.
• Capable of handling payment-to-pay activities with accuracy and care.
• Able to review transaction details and maintain clear records.
• Confident in responding to payment-related enquiries.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams on follow-up actions.
• Good attention to detail when managing payment information.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment-to-pay activities in line with agreed internal processes.
• Review payment-related records and maintain accurate transaction information.
• Handle enquiries related to payment-to-pay matters in Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese or Indonesian.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
• Maintain clear documentation to support accurate processing and follow-up.
• Monitor outstanding payment-to-pay items and follow up on open matters.
• Prepare relevant updates on payment-to-pay activities for internal review.
