Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an Assistant (Driver) to transport patients safely and on time, welcome patients on arrival, and support hospital operations. The role covers vehicle checks, logbook updates, and coordination with Health Tourism teams to ensure smooth patient journeys.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or related settings, is fluent in English and Malay, and willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. SPM or Diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Malay.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and on time.
• Coordinate pickups with Health Tourism team and hospital staff.
• Update vehicle mileage and logbook after each trip.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks.
• Provide frontline assistance to patients on arrival and during visits.
• Escalate accidents or emergencies as required.
