Job summary

TONIK Asia Group SDN BHD is seeking a Front Office Assistant to support patient registration, scheduling, and essential front desk duties at ALTY Physio and TAGS centres across Malaysia. You will handle outgoing calls and assist with payments in a cheerful, customer-focused environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and on-the-job training is provided. Salary starts from RM2,000 per month with health insurance and opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least SPM qualifications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be computer literate.
• On-job-training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients registration and scheduling appointments.
• Perform outgoing calls to patients.
