Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Program Consultant in Malaysia to support patient care programs. You will provide health coaching, answer FAQs, and manage patient data in the care system, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to SOPs.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or nursing-related background and some customer service exposure, with a focus on delivering compassionate patient-centric support and meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• Related healthcare/customer service industrial attachment/working experience is preferred.
• Nursing or related medical/science background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health coaching and information on disease/treatment related topics.
• Make scheduled outbound calls and handle inbound FAQs.
• Ensure program data is accurately entered in the Patient Care Management System.
• Prepare periodic or ad hoc program reports and monitor service levels.
• Collaborate with team to share information and back up daily operations.
