Job summary

KPJ Seremban Specialist Hospital is seeking dedicated healthcare assistants to support nursing teams within a busy hospital ward. You will provide basic patient care, maintain cleanliness, assist with daily activities, and help with transfers to diagnostic tests and operating areas.

You will be required to report quality or safety concerns to nursing leadership, participate in safety initiatives, and contribute to ongoing education to meet hospital standards.

Qualifications

• Healthcare assistants priority
• Experience in hospital setting is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care aligned with the hospital’s vision and goals
• Notify nursing leaders of quality-impacting situations
• Obtain ward reports and perform duties as assigned by Unit Manager or Senior RN
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living and transport to procedures or tests
