KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital in Malaysia seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide basic nursing care and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality patient care. You will report incidents to relevant authorities and help maintain standards in the ward.

Daily tasks include regular nursing rounds, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, keeping the ward tidy, answering calls, transporting patients for procedures, and supporting staff during tests and discharge processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is expected.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular nursing rounds to assess patients' needs and communicate with them and families.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living and ensure safety and comfort.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages; attend to calls promptly.
• Transport patients to and from operating theatre and other services for tests.
• Dispatch specimens to the laboratory and collect results; restock ward supplies.
