Job summary

Fook Loi Corporation Sdn Bhd in Sabah is hiring a Parts Admin Assistant to support the Parts and Body & Paint teams. You will assist in processing repair orders, check stock, and coordinate with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely parts availability for service jobs.

You will maintain accurate records, perform data entry, assist in receiving and organizing parts, and provide general administrative support to the Parts Admin team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing repair orders
• Check parts stock and follow up on back-orders
• Maintain parts records and data entry
• Receive and organize parts in store
• Lift, move and arrange parts as needed
• Keep parts storage area tidy
• Prepare and maintain parts documents and invoices
• Support stock checks and inventory counting
• Coordinate with suppliers, technicians and other departments
• Monitor delivery and ensure on-time parts for repairs
• Provide general administrative support to Parts Admin and Body & Paint departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
