Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable analyst to monitor high-risk Bank Financial Executive activity within the Partnership Distribution channel, supporting the First Line of Defense and upholding the PD Business Governance Framework through data analytics and stakeholder collaboration.

You will contribute to monthly complaints statistics, alert on unusual sales patterns, and coordinate with Sales Compliance to close cases within 21 working days while adhering to BNM/LIAM

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate level of data analytics skills are required.
• Degree holder in Business Administration / Statistics / Insurance or other related courses with minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Added advantages with experience in Life Insurance product, operation, sales compliance, distribution channel, regulatory and internal requirement on ethical sales practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Result oriented and takes pride in the quality of work, continuously drive process improvements to achieve results.
• Organised or structured.
• Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful and reliable in following up and completing task.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report abnormal trends in customer and sales data under the BQG Framework.
• Assist in enhancing the BQG framework for detection and minimization of sales misconduct and related offences.
• Prepare statistics for the Annual CFF Quality Review and highlight staff with poor customer fact finding at point of sale.
• Identify and escalate potential business quality risks and ensure cases are logged and tracked to resolution within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales Compliance and vendor teams for training, audits, and regulatory updates.
