Job summary

AIA Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Governance & Reporting professional to assess and report abnormal trends within the Bank distribution framework. You will support the BQG framework, compile monthly complaints statistics, and assist in minutes for MCC meetings.

The role focuses on First Line of Defence within Partnership Distribution, collaborating with Sales Compliance and regulatory requirements to minimize sales misconduct and improve governance processes.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate data analytics skills are required.
• Degree holder in Business Administration / Statistics / Insurance or related course.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess, validate and report abnormal trends in customer fact find and welcome calls.
• Compile monthly complaints statistics and MCC meeting minutes.
• Assist governance and compliance audits and align with BNM/LIAM requirements.
