Job summary

UNITAR International University in Malaysia seeks a Partner School Engagement Counsellor (Executive) to nurture partnerships with key school accounts and drive enrolments. You will coordinate events and activities that strengthen UNITAR's ties with partner schools and support growth in student numbers.

You will liaise with principals and counselors, promote UNITAR programs, and lead initiatives to attract more applicants. A relevant degree and sales/education experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Diploma/STPM holders considered.
• Own vehicle (car) and a valid driving licence.
• Experience in Sales or Education preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil a bonus.
• Familiar with Salesforce CRM or equivalent.
• Digitally literate and numerically literate; comfortable with technology and numbers.
• Understanding of Malaysia’s education industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Hold and manage Key Partner School Accounts under UNITAR to drive enrollment growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key school stakeholders (principals, counselors).
• Build and maintain good relationships with Key Partner School Accounts.
• Engage regularly with school principals and counselors to understand needs and provide support.
• Manage events and activities for students and teachers in partner schools.
• Organize school talks, campaigns, exhibitions, and campus visits with Key Partner School Accounts.
• Drive new student leads from Partner School Accounts.
• Implement strategies to increase student enrollment from partner schools.
• Plan and execute initiatives to promote UNITAR's programs.
• Ensure successful execution of school talks, campaigns, exhibitions, and campus visits.

Partner School Engagement Counsellor (Executive)

The Partner School Engagement Counsellor will be responsible for driving continuous growth and nurturing partnerships with Key School Accounts associated with UNITAR. The successful candidate will manage relationships with partner schools, drive new student enrolments, and coordinate events and activities that foster strong connections between UNITAR and its partner schools.

Main Responsibilities

Hold and manage Key Partner School Accounts under UNITAR to ensure continuous growth in new enrollments.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including school principals and school counselors.

Build and maintain good relationships with Key Partner School Accounts.

Regularly engage with school principals and school counselors to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.

Manage and execute events and activities related to students and teachers in partner schools.

Organize and oversee school talks, campaigns, exhibitions, and campus visits in collaboration with Key Partner School Accounts.

Drive new student leads from Partner School Accounts.

Implement strategies to increase student interest and enrollment from partner schools.

Plan and execute various initiatives to promote UNITAR's programs and offerings.

Ensure the successful implementation of school talks, campaigns, exhibitions, and campus visits.

Skill & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field. Diploma/STPM holders will be considered.

Preferably possess own vehicle (Car) and a valid driving licence.

Preferably someone who has some form of experience in Sales or Education

Has used or is familiar with the Salesforce CRM system or its equivalent

Is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to speak Mandarin or Tamil is a bonus.

Friendly, warm, and open minded.

Digital literate & numerically literate. Comfortable working with technology and number.

Some understanding of the education industry in Malaysia is a bonus.
