Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated technician to support gaming machines at Resorts World Genting in Pahang. The role requires a certificate/diploma in electronics, IT, engineering or equivalent, with fresh graduates welcome.

You will work permanent night shifts (1:30 AM – 11:30 AM) and perform preventive maintenance and on-site service on casino floor equipment. Based in Genting, you will assist the project leader with pre/post-contract activities, perform functionality checks, and replace

• Candidate must possess at least certificate/ Diploma in Electronic, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willing to be based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang.
• Able to work in casino floor environment.

Responsibilities

• To be based in Genting, Pahang.
• To assist project leader to carry out pre and post-contract activities.
• To perform preventive maintenance for gaming machines.
• General cleaning of the cabinet interior/ equipment/ peripherals.
• Perform functionality checks on gaming machines.
• Troubleshooting and carry out replacement of defective parts.
• Complete checklist once done job daily.
• Provide on-site service and support.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
