KK GROUP OF COMPANIES (RETAIL) is hiring a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Melaka, Taman Cheng Baru (MTCB). This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly service, handling tills, keeping shelves stocked and maintaining store standards in a busy Melaka shopping environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Operating the till and processing customer transactions accurately and quickly.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining product displays in an organised and visually appealing manner.
• Conducting regular stock checks and assisting with inventory management.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, including aisles, shelves and customer areas.
• Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assisting with promotional activities and price changes as directed.
• Following health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
