Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entry and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including floors, shelves and facilities.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide product information.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to items requiring replenishment.
• Operate cash registers and handle payment methods accurately.
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
