IKEA is seeking a part-time Goods Flow role in Kuala Lumpur to support on-time goods movement and stock accuracy. You will work in a team, follow inventory routines, and contribute to a lean, cost-conscious goods flow process while upholding IKEA values.

Qualifications

Working hours: 20hrs per week.
Able to commit 4-5 days a week including weekends and public holidays.
Enthusiastic about working with others in a team.
Flexible approach to work and openness to change.
Interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.
Ability to prioritize and organize own work.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers, with correct, on-time goods flow execution.
Perform store goods flow operation tasks using systems and tools supporting efficient goods flow and data integrity.
Commit to own development using competence development tools and resources.
Work according to the inventory routine to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
Live IKEA values and nurture a strong culture that inspires colleagues in the store, especially in goods flow.
Adhere to health, safety and security rules and help prevent incidents in area of responsibility.
Contribute to the goals of the action plan and participate in goal setting.
