IKEA Cheras is seeking a Goods Flow Assistant (Part-Time) to support our goods flow operations in-store. The role focuses on ensuring timely goods availability, data integrity, and adherence to safety guidelines, within the eCommerce department.

The position offers 20 hours per week across 4–5 days, including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided and you will work with a collaborative team to maintain high stock accuracy and customer service.

  • Contribute to the highest goods availability for our customers, using the correct and on-time execution of the assigned goods flow working methods.

  • Perform effectively the store goods flow operation tasks in the assigned area, using theavailable systems and tools that support an efficient goods flow process and data integrity.

  • Responsible for my own development but using the existing competence developmenttools and resources provided.

  • Work according to the inventory routine, in order to maximize stock accuracy and achieveproduct availability for the customers.

  • Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleaguesto reach extraordinary achievements in the store and especially in the goods flow team.

  • Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements within my area ofresponsibility, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers,visitors, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.

  • Contribute daily to the agreed goals of the action plan, as well as being involved in the goalsetting process.

  • Contributeto an optimized daily goods flow operation within the assigned goods flowprocesses by working in a lean, simple and cost conscious way using and sharing goodexamples.

  • Take responsibility in lowering environmental impact and contribute to achieving long-termprofitability in a sustainable way.



  • Working hours: 20hrs per week.

  • Able to commit 4-5 days a week including both weekends and Public holidays.

  • You are enthusiastic about working with others in a team.

  • You have a flexible approach to work and are open to change.

  • You have an interest in home furnishing and people’s everyday life at home.

  • You can prioritize and organize your own work to make efficient use of your time.
