Job summary

ELS Language Centres Malaysia is seeking an English Language Instructor to plan, teach and evaluate classes under the Academic Director's guidance, maintain student records and fulfill admin duties while engaging in professional development. The role supports ELS programs with available curriculum and offers part-time morning/afternoon sessions (Mon–Fri, 2–4 hours daily from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm).

Candidates should have a B.Ed or BA/BSc and CELTA or TEFL/TESOL (120 hours) with at least 5 years

Qualifications

• Education: B.Ed / BA/BSc + CELTA or TEFL/TESOL (120 hours).
• Experience: At least 5 years ESL/EFL experience.
• Part-time position for physical classes; flexible hours.
• Proven ability to plan, teach and evaluate lessons.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach and evaluate assigned classes per ELS curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, exercises and tests.
• Test, evaluate and counsel students on performance.
• Maintain classroom records and fulfill admin duties.
• Participate in professional development activities.
