Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Assistant at Permas Jaya to deliver high-standard customer service and support daily shop operations.

You will assist customers, manage cashier duties, and help maintain inventory levels while promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card. The role requires strong English and Bahasa Melayu communication, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
