Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a customer-focused team member in Malaysia to deliver friendly, professional service in-store. You will handle cashier duties and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card to customers.

This role requires good communication, a Pleasant personality, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.

Our locality in central London with close approximate to London China Town, we have established ourselves as the main local pharmacy centre for the increasing Chinese community around London.
