Job summary

Watsons Pharmacy is recruiting to maintain a high standard of friendly, professional customer service and efficient shop operations in our store.

Ideal candidates will handle cashier duties, promote the VIP Member Card, ensure stock levels are maintained, and communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu and English with customers and colleagues. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens, able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; health/retail pharmacy experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service focus and friendly demeanor.
• Cashier responsibilities and POS handling experience beneficial.
• Stock control and inventory maintenance knowledge recommended.

Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.

Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.

Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.

Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.

Our locality in central London with close approximate to London China Town, we have established ourselves as the main local pharmacy centre for the increasing Chinese community around London.
