Job summary

Luxasia is seeking a temporary Guerlain counter associate at a Guerlain boutique in Gurney Plaza, Penang. The teammate will deliver premier client service, advise on fragrance, skincare and makeup, and help achieve daily sales targets during the 18–31 January 2027 period.

Ideal candidates will have beauty retail experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge across fragrance, skincare and makeup. Flexibility with boutique hours and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail/beauty sales experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and client focus.
• Product knowledge in fragrance/skincare/makeup a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable products/routines across fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
• Follow POS procedures and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, testers, and tool hygiene.
• Support replenishment/merchandising and other daily tasks as assigned.
• Maintain professional grooming and presentation.

Role Purpose

Deliver quality client service and achieve individual sales targets through product consultation and client engagement, representing Guerlain's service and product standards on the boutique floor.
