CGP Personnel is seeking a part-time barista for a 3-month contract in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves preparing and serving espresso-based beverages, greeting customers, and maintaining cleanliness.

Training will be provided to develop barista skills, with shifts during 10AM–10PM and weekends/public holidays required. Ideal candidates are passionate about F&B, customer-focused, reliable, and quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages.
• Ensure drinks are prepared with quality and consistency.
• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Recommend beverages based on customers’ preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, equipment and work areas.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory.
• Help minimize ingredient wastage.
