Job summary

Jewel Sonic Sdn Bhd in Putrajaya is seeking an inventory coordinator for spare parts to support workshop operations and internal/external customers with timely Proton parts availability.

You will process enquiries and orders, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with service teams, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive spare parts or inventory management.
• Basic computer knowledge and inventory skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Issue and receive parts for workshop and retail customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure parts availability.
• Order genuine Proton spare parts from suppliers.
• Perform stock control, stock take, and inventory updates.
• Verify incoming parts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians on parts requirements.
• Maintain storage, organization, and cleanliness of the parts warehouse.
• Ensure accurate records and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive spare parts or inventory management is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and inventory management skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
