Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kulim is seeking a Parcel Station Operations Supervisor to oversee inspections, brand image, and standardized workflows across the station. You will drive implementation of operating standards and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include collecting and analysing station data, proposing improvement plans, managing partner station contracts, and handling customer service issues to boost satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and data analysis capability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a spirit of collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, supervision, and execution of station brand image to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Drive and oversee the implementation and continuous optimization of station operating standards, ensuring standardized workflows.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze station operational data, propose improvement plans, and follow up on implementation effectiveness.
• Manage contract negotiations, signing, and documentation with partner stations.
• Handle customer service matters and complaints, coordinate resources to resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Responsible forYoYi regional quality control monitoring and also operation.
