Job summary
PH PALM EXPRESS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive market analysis, provisioning, and trading support in the sustainable palm oil sector. You will coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and refineries while developing knowledge in palm oil provisioning and trading.
This role offers hands-on training, a strong numerical and analytical environment, and is based at our Stulang Laut, Johor Bahru HQ. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and grow with the team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Strong numerical and data-tracking abilities; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and refineries.

- English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly market and sales provisioning, including calculating monthly provision amounts.
- Conduct market analysis to support trading decisions and business insights.
- Monitor daily mill reports and synthesize data for management review.
- Monitor contract delivery balances and compute under/overlock positions accurately.
- Support the sales trading process and daily trading desk execution.
- Track contract usage for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK).
- Coordinate FFB delivery schedules and oversee loading/unloading logistics.
- Serve as primary contact for FFB suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
