Job summary

PH Palm Express Sdn Bhd is hiring a Marketing Executive to build a career in the sustainable palm oil industry. You will gain exposure to market analysis, commodity trading, contract management, and FFB coordination.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided to develop your knowledge and skills in palm oil provisioning and trading. The role offers a dynamic environment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Logistics, SCM, Business, or Agriculture/Plantation Management.
Strong numerical agility and analytical skills; training will be provided.
Excellent communication with suppliers, buyers and refineries.

Responsibilities

Assist in monthly market and sales provisioning and calculate monthly provision amounts.
Conduct market analysis to support trading decisions and insights.
Monitor daily mill reports and synthesize data for the management team.
Coordinate FFB delivery schedules and oversee loading/unloading logistics.
Support the sales trading process and daily trading desk execution.
Liaise with refineries and negotiate quality/out-spec deductions with buyers.
