Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development & Sales professional to drive client relationships, identify market opportunities, and coordinate CPO transactions across the palm oil sector.

You will conduct market research, travel regionally to meet clients, and work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and overall business growth. Relevant palm oil or estate experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Admin, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years in sales/marketing or consumer-facing roles; estate background preferred.
• Experience in palm oil industry highly advantageous.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales by managing client relationships and coordinating CPO transactions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders in the palm oil industry.
• Communicate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinate logistics for timely delivery of FFB and related products.
• Monitor performance and generate reports to improve effectiveness.
• Assist Head of Department with duties as required.
