Fairwork is looking for a Painting Assistant Manager to support the Operation Manager in overseeing the Painting Department in Batu Kawan, Malaysia. This role involves ensuring safety, timely order fulfillment, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

The successful candidate will supervise operations, enforce SOPs, and promote effective communication while leading problem-solving initiatives. The position also requires overseeing staff training and workflow planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise painting operations to maintain industry competitiveness and operational improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and develop packaging guidelines and oversee implementation.
• Set goals, performance standards, and evaluate personnel to enhance department efficiency.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives using cross‑functional teams.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote employee productivity.
